Our prices are unbeatable, starting at just £14 per day for a single cat, and we offer fantastic discounts for multiple cats sharing a room.

We provide the most popular brands of biscuits and wet foods, and we'll even post regular photo updates on Facebook so you can see how much fun your cats are having!

 

Please note that full payment is due on the day departure, and special diets will need to be provided by the owner. Our small, family-based team is dedicated to providing the best possible care for your beloved pets. Cancellation Policy

At Croft Cats Cattery, each booking reserves a room exclusively for your cat and may prevent us from accepting other reservations during that period. For this reason, all deposits are non-refundable.
 

If you need to cancel your booking, the following charges will apply:

• More than 14 days before your arrival date: Loss of deposit only.

• 14 days or less before your arrival date: Loss of deposit plus 50% of the remaining boarding fee.

• 7 days or less before your arrival date: Loss of deposit plus 100% of the total boarding fee.
   

We understand that unexpected circumstances can arise, and we will always try to be fair where possible. However, late cancellations often leave us unable to re-book the accommodation at short notice, making these charges necessary.
